What would you do? We are looking for a Media and Visual Designer to support the creation of visually engaging and brand-aligned learning content. This role focuses on designing static graphics, layouts, and visual elements for eLearning courses developed using tools like Articulate Rise. You will work closely with instructional designers and senior media professionals to bring learning content to life through clean, consistent, and learner-friendly visuals. Design static visual assets such as banners, icons, infographics, and layouts for eLearning modules Create clean, consistent, and brand-compliant visuals for use in Articulate Rise and other authoring tools Support the visual design of learning templates and course structures Collaborate with instructional designers to understand content and translate it into effective visuals Edit and optimize images for web and mobile learning environments Maintain visual consistency across multiple modules and projects Follow design guidelines and provide visual quality checks
What are we looking for? Basic knowledge of graphic design principles (layout, color, typography, spacing) Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Rise is a plus Attention to detail and ability to follow visual style guides Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and feedback Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field Internship or academic project experience in digital or learning design Exposure to responsive design and accessibility principles is a bonus
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
