Must-have Skills:
- Design assets for display ads, emails, social media, print, presentations, and landing pages (AEM)
- Apply templates and global design systems consistently
- Suggest layout and visual improvements to enhance clarity
- Work closely with senior designers and respond to feedback
- Balance quality and speed across multiple deliverables
- 3–5 years of design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AEM
- Strong layout and visual communication skills
- Detail-oriented and adaptable across print and digital
- Effective English communication skills (B2+/C1) for collaboration across multicultural teams
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
