The Visual Assistant supports the creative, marketing, merchandising, and presentation needs of an organization by helping develop, organize, and maintain visual materials and displays. This position assists with creating visually appealing content, preparing presentations and promotional materials, organizing digital assets, and ensuring that visual standards are consistently maintained.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with design tools, visual content, and multiple projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the development and preparation of visual materials for marketing, presentations, events, social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
Support the creation of graphics, layouts, presentations, signage, displays, and other visual assets.
Help maintain consistent branding, colors, typography, imagery, and visual standards.
Prepare images and graphics for digital and print use.
Edit, resize, crop, organize, and format photographs and other visual content.
Assist with creating social media graphics and promotional content.
Organize and maintain digital libraries of images, graphics, templates, and design files.
Assist with presentations, mood boards, visual concepts, and creative proposals.
Help coordinate visual merchandising, displays, promotional installations, or event setups when applicable.
Support photographers, graphic designers, marketing staff, stylists, and creative teams.
Research visual trends, references, competitors, and creative ideas.
Assist with photo shoots, video projects, events, and other creative activities.
Prepare files and materials for printing, publishing, or presentation.
Review visual materials for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and quality.
Make revisions based on feedback from supervisors or creative team members.
Coordinate with vendors, printers, production teams, and other external partners when necessary.
Keep project files organized and properly labeled.
Manage multiple assignments while meeting established deadlines.
Perform administrative and other creative-support duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, fine arts, fashion, merchandising, or a related field preferred.
Strong visual and creative sense.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and visual communication principles.
Ability to use computers and common office or creative software.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in graphic design, visual merchandising, marketing, photography, social media, or creative production.

Physical Requirements
