What you will do as a Visit Facilitator - Clinic:

  • Responsible for patient registration, answering phones and monitoring the clinic lobby

  • Checks-in patients for clinic services according to scripts and clinic process

  • Completes registration process, prints labels and prepares new patient registration as requested

  • Prepare examination and procedure areas for patients appointment

  • Set-up the exam or procedure room
  • Clean each exam/procedure room before and after each patient visit
  • Prepare for procedures by bringing in and setting up equipment or supplies
  • Transport and clean equipment, instruments, etc.
  • Completes visit wrap-up by scheduling and coordinating follow-up appointments and other needs
  • Including MyChart sign-up for simple and sophisticated scheduling

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1-year of customer service experience

Location: 901 2nd St SE., Zenith Condominum Building Suite A, Minneapolis MN

Hours: 1.0 FTE, Monday - Friday, 40 hour per week

Compensation:

21.62 - 31.35 USD Hourly
