This role involves handling calls, scheduling appointments and providing general administrative support, all while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently from a remote location.
Responsibilities
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff or clients
• Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner
• Greet and assist virtual visitors or clients through online platforms
• Maintain and update contact lists and databases
• Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation and filing
• Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate person
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
• Provide general support to staff and assist with daily tasks as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Optional Qualifications
• Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is helpful
