Due to continued growth across our luxury portfolio, we are expanding our Finance team and seeking a proven, high-performing Automotive Finance Manager ready to elevate their career.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver professional, compliant, high-performing F&I presentations
- Maximize product performance while protecting deal integrity
- Maintain strong lender relationships and clean funding
- Serve customers across six of our luxury brands: Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and Subaru
- Represent the Cavender Auto Family brand with confidence and professionalism

This role is designed for Finance Managers who consistently:
- Produce $3,500+ profit per deal
- Maintain strong PRU and volume performance
- Achieve 65%+ VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetrations
- Deliver exceptionally clean contracts with minimal funding issues

- Estimated annual earnings: $200,000 – $400,000

What We’re Looking For
- Proven high-volume Automotive Finance Manager experience
- Strong VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration track record
- Experience with CDK, Darwin, Elead, and Excel preferred
- High attention to detail and compliance discipline
- Professional presence and strong communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
- Ability to pass background, credit and drug screening

Skills Required
- Located in Texas or Oklahoma
- Prior high-volume Automotive Finance Manager experience
- Internal candidates must have at least one year previous experience as a finance manager
- Ability to work fully remote from a quiet, interruption-free workspace
- Comfort with recorded virtual customer interactions
- Strong focus on VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration
- Experience with CDK
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Darwin
- Ability to deliver compliant, professional, high-performing virtual F&I presentations
- Focus on profitability, clean contracts, and funding efficiency
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- 90%+ virtual/remote availability (onsite training and reviews as required)
- Ability to serve customers across multiple dealerships/brands (Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Subaru)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Willingness to work variable schedule including Saturdays and holidays
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
