Virtual Educational Workshop Facilitator

As a Workshop Facilitator, you’ll ensure educators and leaders receive world-class professional learning experiences that are engaging, actionable, and highly interactive. Your energy, presence, and ability to guide meaningful learning will directly influence educator practice and ultimately student outcomes. You’ll bring EdConnective’s workshops to life through exceptional facilitation, both virtually (Zoom) and in person.

This is a remote, part time, project based role. While the majority of services will be delivered virtually, some travel (approximately 10-20%) for key in-person facilitations is also expected.

What You’ll Love To Do:

• Bring high-quality workshop content to life with your own energy, presence, and facilitation style.
• Create spaces where educators feel seen, heard, and engaged, whether in a Zoom room or an in-person session.
• Use powerful learning structures to spark educator insight and conversation.
• Guide participants through meaningful “aha” moments as they wrestle with real problems of practice.
• Build connections quickly, turning groups of educators into collaborative learning communities.
• Lean into your love of teaching adults, modeling the same instructional moves we want educators to use with students.
• Navigate virtual and in-person dynamics with confidence, curiosity, and flexibility.
• Represent EdConnective with professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm for educator growth.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in education (K-12 and/or higher education), such as teaching, coaching, or leading adult professional development.
• Demonstrated success facilitating interactive workshops for adult learners, both in person and virtually.
• High energy, enthusiasm for the craft of teaching and learning, and a passion for educator growth.
• Strong presence in front of groups and the ability to read a room, adjust pacing, and maintain engagement.
• Tech-savviness and comfort navigating Zoom, Google tools, virtual collaboration platforms, and digital materials.
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
• A self-starter attitude, reliability, timeliness, and professionalism.
