We are looking for a Contract Part-Time Virtual Assistant with 3+ years of experience within an agency environment. We require 10 - 15 hours per week, overlapping with US hours.
Responsibilities
- Email management and Calendar management
- Upwork proposals
- LinkedIn posts and comments
- LinkedIn sales navigator tasks
- Apollo AI lead enrichment or lead sourcing
- Apollo List Building
- LinkedIn Weekly/monthly outreach, connections and networking
- LinkedIn Podcast post preparation and publication
- Account Billing using Quickbooks
Must Have Soft Skills
- High Attention-to-Detail skills.
- Strong work ethics and positive attitude.
- A tech-savvy proactive mindset, self-starter, self-motivated.
- Experience working in a high-pressure agency environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
