Job Description:

A Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in various tasks to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The duties will include assisting in market research, coordinating promotional activities, managing social media channels, drafting marketing materials, and providing general administrative support to the marketing department. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage social media platforms and engage with followers.
  • Create and schedule content for blog posts, emails, and social media.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.


Requirements
  • At least 2 years of previous work experience working with digital marketing tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Technical Requirements
  • Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
  • RAM: 16 GB minimum
  • 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
  • USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)

  • 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
  • After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
  • After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
  • After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
  • After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
  • After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month

Two Annual Adjustments: Every year, you benefit from two salary increases: one on your work anniversary, recognizing your continued tenure with WorkBetterNow, and one at the start of each calendar year, when all salary ranges are updated company-wide.
