The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HIPAA compliance across all task
- Insurance Verification (2 hours/week)
- Check and document clients' insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments
- Insurance Billing and Claims Processing (2 hours/week)
- Submit and manage insurance claims through our software
- Follow up on reimbursements and handle claim denials
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims
