The Role:
We’re hiring a VIP Program Manager to own the experience, retention, and lifetime value of Fliff’s top players. You’ll own how we identify, engage, and retain our highest-value players from defining the program to executing it day-to-day. This includes building strong 1:1 relationships, and designing experiences that keep them engaged, loyal, and playing over the long term.
You’ll build the VIP program from the ground up, but more importantly, you’ll operate it day-to-day: interacting directly with players, tailoring offers, spotting churn risk early, and continuously improving how we serve our most important customers. You’ll be in the details, launching offers, working directly with players, analyzing what’s working, and improving it fast. You’ll partner closely with marketing, ops, and support to deliver a VIP experience that actually feels VIP.
Success in this role means: our best players stay longer, play more consistently, and feel like Fliff is the only place they want to play.
Key Responsibilities:
Own retention, engagement, and lifetime value of Fliff’s highest-value players
Build and evolve our VIP program from scratch, including structure, rewards, and player journeys
Build deep, direct relationships with VIP players through personalized outreach (1:1 messaging, offers, experiences)
Identify churn signals early and proactively intervene to retain at-risk players
VIP Program Strategy & ExecutionDesign and evolve the VIP program (tiers, benefits, rewards, experiences) with a clear focus on retention and player satisfaction
Launch and manage targeted promotions, bonuses, and experiences that drive repeat play and loyalty
Continuously refine the program based on player behavior and feedback
Personalization at ScaleDevelop segmentation strategies to deliver tailored experiences to different VIP cohorts
Create high-touch moments that make players feel recognized and valued (not just incentivized)
Balance automation with human interaction to scale without losing the “VIP feel”
Data-Driven OptimizationAnalyze player behavior, engagement patterns, and promo performance to improve outcomes
Track key metrics like retention, reactivation, frequency, and player lifetime value
Run experiments on offers, messaging, and experiences to continuously improve performance
Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Support to deliver a seamless VIP experience
Advocate for VIP players internally—ensuring their needs shape product and promotional decisions
Help define tooling, workflows, and processes to support a best-in-class VIP program
What We're Looking For:
2 -5 years of experience working on VIP, loyalty, or high-value customer programs (gaming, betting, or similar preferred)
Strong understanding of player behavior, retention strategies, and engagement tactics
Experience collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter mindset, you’re comfortable building things from scratch
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including base salary, benefits, and equity. The annual salary for this role ranges from $120,000 - $140,000
