As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated VIP Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with high-value players and streamers in our online casino. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our diverse clientele.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, providing them with personalized support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Monitoring: Track player activity to identify trends, anticipate needs, and tailor promotions or incentives.
  • Retention & Growth: Develop and implement VIP retention and reactivation strategies to maximize player lifetime value.
  • Problem Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP players, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Relationship Building: Together with the brand manager, assist with managing partnerships with streamers and nurture the relationships.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (marketing, gaming operations, crm etc) to develop VIP and streamer-specific campaigns and lifecycles.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on player/streamer performance and suggest actionable insights to improve retention and growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities align with regulatory and responsible gaming standards.
  • Support and Execution: Support the brand manager with planning and execution of streamer promotions.
Requirements

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience dealing with streamers and/or marketing partners
  • Experience as a VIP manager
  • Talent in building relationships and brand engagement
  • Worked with streamers, forums and communities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Willing to work flexible hours, open for on-call work
