What you'll be doing:
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients through regular contact, personalized communication, and dedicated support;
- Anticipating client needs by staying informed of their preferences and behaviors, and taking swift action to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise;
- Offer bonuses and campaigns in order to maintain/ increase customer activities;
- Participating at exclusive events or experiences for VIP clients to deepen relationships and showcase the brand's commitment to personalized service;
- Monitoring and analyzing VIP client data, including usage patterns, preferences, and feedback, to continuously improve the level of service and value offered;
- Support the interests of VIP customers internally, ensuring their needs are prioritized across all departments (fraud, CRM, trading, gaming, etc.)
