You will partner with the Video team, broader Production team, internal creative partners, clients, vendors, and freelancers to coordinate work from early planning through final delivery.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to build a career in video or creative production. You will gain hands-on experience across pre-production, on-site production, post-production, and the operational work that helps projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with their goals.

Things You Will Do
  • Coordinate video project schedules, timelines, deliverables, status updates, and production documentation using Workfront and other team tools.
  • Support pre-production planning by preparing call sheets, coordinating travel and filming logistics, and helping secure crew, locations, equipment rentals, vendors, and production resources.
  • Communicate with internal teams, clients, freelancers, vendors, and crew members to keep project details clear, organized, and moving forward.
  • Provide on-site support for filming and live productions, including equipment preparation, production setup, crew coordination, shoot notes, releases, approvals, expense tracking, and production logs.
  • Coordinate post-production review cycles, stakeholder feedback, revisions, approvals, file organization, media archiving, and final deliverables.
  • Track vendor estimates, invoices, project expenses, contracts, deal memos, NDAs, and freelancer documentation, escalating questions or discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain organized project files, production records, vendor information, and asset libraries to support efficient handoffs and long-term accessibility.
  • Identify practical ways to improve production workflows, documentation, and operational consistency.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in film, communications, media production, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • One to three years of experience in video production, creative production, project coordination, or a related field.
  • A foundational understanding of video production, post-production workflows, and common production practices.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, freelancers, crew members, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience supporting production logistics and familiarity with camera, audio, lighting, and equipment setup needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and familiarity with Workfront or a similar project management platform.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite workflows are helpful; a portfolio or relevant work samples are welcome.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving production environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for on-site video production support and to work the time necessary to meet project deadlines.
