About the role
Work hand in hand with professionals from the creative industry in a job that requires adaptability to constant changes and the ability to solve problems in real time. You will learn many techniques for photo and video productions and develop art direction skills as well.
You’ll collaborate closely with two production teams, supporting projects that require coordination, flexibility, and teamwork. Adaptability and open availability are key, as this role may shift between teams depending on project needs and priorities.
What you'll be doing
- Assist the Video and Photo production team on location and studio shootings.
- Assist the Art Lead in mounting and organizing art props and managing clothing and costumes, both in location and in pre-production.
- Help the team to set up the studio; this may include:
- Stagecraft
- Lighting design
- Iron garments and wardrobe
- Managing models and shooting times
- Work as a Camera Production Assistant in Photo and Video, depending on the shooting list or production day.
- Assist as runner and gaffer on location (outdoors or indoors).
- Being in constant communication with the Producer.
- Being keen on learning the process and workflow in photo and video productions.
About you
- Be a current and regular student from any audiovisual or media career.
- Proactive and good verbal communication
- Eager to learn and put into practice value lessons from professionals
- Being curious about video/photo and creative/tech industries
- Focused on results, efficiency and attention to details.
- Organization and planning skills.
