Job Description
- Create regular video optimization/analyzation based on Artist’s content
- Regularly check artist’s videos description in intranet (Official Music Video and Official Lyric Video)
- Support the Optimization Video in YouTube Channel
- Insert the right tagline, keywords, hashtag locally that matched with artists positioning in their YT Channel that can affect the increase of number of viewers
- Weekly report of Artist’s YouTube Channels
- Weekly report of Artist’s TikTok and UGCs content
- Able to work within 6 months period time
- University student (internship semester/final year) or Bachelor's Degree fresh graduate.
- Passionate about Music and all things Digital and Social Media
- Skilled in creating content with editing software including Canva/ CapCut/ Premiere Pro/ After Effects/ Photoshop.
- Excellent knowledge of audience building and video platform strategies (YouTube and TikTok)
- Data driven & results oriented, with demonstrable ability to analyze & use data as advantage
- Knowledgeable about market trends, music industry developments, and digital innovations
- Well organized, structured; able to follow process and monitor budgets
- Highly motivated and organized with excellent time management skills
- Capable of juggling various projects at the same time
- A team player with creative ideas and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English & local native language
