We're Looking For A: Video Editor who will be responsible for crafting captivating visual narratives that drive our brand messaging and marketing objectives. This position is responsible for the end-to-end video production process, from ideation and scriptwriting to shooting, editing, and final delivery. This position will use keen aesthetic sensibility to ensure that the content aligns seamlessly with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)
What You'll Be Doing:

• Edit and create long-form video content utilizing stock footage and in-house graphics.
• Edit engaging short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Analyze direct marketing trends and implement them in all the videos.
• Conceptualize and pitch videos to the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the writers and the marketing team to optimize creatives.
• Compile and condense user generated assets into engaging video content
• Help manage the publishing process to ensure content is optimized across multiple platforms.

• Aesthetic Excellence: Demonstrates a strong sense of composition and aesthetic decision-making, ensuring that all video content aligns with high-quality visual standards.
• Adobe Suite Proficiency: Possesses advanced skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, with additional experience in Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator considered a valuable asset.
• Media Encoding and Publishing: Holds a basic understanding of media encoding and publishing processes, contributing to the seamless dissemination of content across various platforms.
• Cross-Platform Proficiency: Exhibits experience working with both Mac and/or PC computers, showcasing adaptability and versatility in a diverse technological environment.
• Organization and Media Management: Displays meticulous organizational skills, effectively managing media assets and ensuring a streamlined workflow throughout the video production process.
• Collaborative Team Player: Thrives in a cross-functional team environment, actively contributing to collective goals that drive the continued growth of the business.
• Attention to Detail: Pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the precision and accuracy of all aspects of video production, from script to final delivery.
• Strong Communication Skills: Communicates effectively within the team, conveying ideas clearly and fostering an environment of open and constructive feedback.

• 2 years In Video Editing
• 1 year experience in Motion Graphics
• Must apply with Production/Editing Reel
• Video Editor for Direct Response Marketing preferred
• Social media data analysis preferred
• Google Sheets/Doc data entry preferred
• Color grading and audio mixing preferred
• Digital Strategy and Audience Development experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree

The anticipated salary range for this position is $63,000 - $84,000, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
