💡 The Role

We’re looking for a social-native editor who turns ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert. You’ll move fast, test constantly, and level up your craft through real-time data insights.

🎬 What You’ll Do

🎥 Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts

⭐ Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs

🤝 Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly

👑 Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback

⚖️ Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality

🧬 Who You Are

📊 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)

🏆 Expertise in Premiere Pro (pacing, structure, audio, storytelling)

👀 Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography)

📈 Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts

🗣️ Comfortable working in English with async, global teams

⏳ Willing to complete a technical editing assessment

⌚ Available 9am–6pm PST
