Video Editor / Creative Content Creator (Remote)
Full-Time | Remote Work | 40 hours/week / EST time zone overlap required

Description:
We are a next-gen DTC growth team and we provide ongoing creative optimization services to our clients.
We are looking for a video editor / creative content creator to edit & produce video & gifs for Tiktok, IG & FB ads using raw video assets mixed with creative use of stock footage and off-the-shelf effects. The right candidate for this position will have a good understanding of performance marketing creative and be excellent at motion graphics and video editing in the social media advertising space.
Candidate requirements:
• Must be fluent English speaker
• 1-2 years in motion graphics, video editing, or similar. Preferably working in the startup or marketing space
• Experience working with either marketing or product teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating direct response video editing principles.
• Visual design skills with understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography
• Adobe AE, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills are unrivaled
• You should proactively propose changes, cuts, and adjustments to make pieces better
• You should be flexible with revisions and changes as the creative team constantly makes adjustments
• You should have a passion for creating awe-inspiring designs and videos that convert
• You should be able to think out of the box and come up with ideas for new creative based on the assets available
