📌 YouTube Optimization: Cut videos with algorithm-friendly pacing & engagement-boosting visuals.

✅ Must-Have Experience:
✔️ 3+ years of video editing experience (long-form + short-form content).
✔️ Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent) and motion graphics.
✔️ Proven ability to craft high-retention edits that maximize watch time.
✔️ Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and sound design.
✔️ Portfolio showcasing multiple YouTube long-form videos (and ideally short-form).
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ An eye for creativity & detail - ensuring polished, engaging, high-quality edits.
✔️ Collaboration-first mindset - comfortable working with creative strategists, marketers & on-camera talent.
✨ You’ve worked with YouTube creators or influencers.
✨ You’ve had a long-form video achieve viral or breakout success.
✨ You understand YouTube SEO & thumbnail design.
✨ You have motion graphics & animation experience.
