Want to build the next frontier in marketing?We're looking for a content creator contract-to-hire with strong raw materials to join our marketing team at Mutiny. This isn't your standard b2b social media role – you'll be crafting video content that actually moves the needle for one of the most brand-forward B2B companies in marketing tech.
Here’s a sneak peak into what you’ll do:You'll be our video content Swiss Army knife, turning raw ideas into scroll-stopping content across LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube and Instagram. This means:
- Edit videos – taking raw footage and turning it into content that makes people stop scrolling and start caring
- Master the formats – you'll become fluent in vertical vs. horizontal, 9:16 vs. 16:9, and all the platform-specific quirks that separate amateur hour from professional impact
- Help us grow our social presence – posting strategically across platforms with the kind of timing and messaging that actually drives engagement
- Optimize for each platform – because what works on LinkedIn definitely doesn't work on TikTok, we want you to help us figure out what works and why
- Track what works – measuring performance and iterating based on data, not just gut feelings
- Curious tinkerer – you're the type who likes figuring out new AI products, features, and platform changes
- Creator instincts – you understand what makes people stop, watch, and share
- Nose for value – you get that every piece of content should provide genuine value, not just fill a posting calendar
- Works hard – because great content doesn't happen by accident
- Can sell – you understand that even "educational" content is ultimately about moving people toward action
- Bold - you’re not afraid to take risks and be controversial
- Lack of experience – raw talent, curiosity and creativity matters way more than experience
- Doesn't know every platform – platforms change constantly anyway; curiosity matters more than current knowledge
- New to B2B/SaaS – you can learn our space; we can't teach you to have good instincts
- Occasional Flops — we know creativity has casualties; not everything you create will work and that’s OK
This isn't busy work. You'll get direct exposure to how a high-growth startup thinks about content marketing, video strategy, and building genuine audience engagement. You'll work closely with our marketing team to understand the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
