Video Content Intern

We’re seeking a paid, part-time intern (15–20 hours/week) for 3 months to partner with us on video content creation and social media marketing.  This role is hybrid-first; we encourage Tempe-based candidates to join us in person for creative collaboration and content magic. 

Who You Are and What You’ll Do 

We’re looking for a Video Content Intern to help us produce and repurpose short-form video content that brings our technical expertise to life. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who loves content creation, understands social video formats, and wants to build a portfolio while learning from a fast-moving marketing team. 

If you've ever watched a technical video and thought, this would be so much better with better pacing, subtitles, and memes, this might be your moment. 

What You’ll Do 

• Slice longer-form videos (e.g., webcasts, interviews) into social-ready snippets 

• Capture key “nuggets” from internal content and repurpose for TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and produce short-form video campaigns 

• Support basic editing, captioning, and formatting across multiple platforms 

• Help document and improve our video content workflows 

Your Experience 

• Familiarity with short-form video platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts 

• Basic editing experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar 

• A creative eye for storyboarding, pacing, and visual style 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow branding guidelines 

• Interest in cybersecurity, tech, or digital storytelling a plus 

*This role is hybrid, requiring two days per week onsite at our office.
