As a Video Analysis and Charting Associate in Player Development, your work is vital to uncovering valuable insights that help shape the organization’s future — influencing strategy, decision-making, and performance to build the optimal conditions for talent to thrive.
You will work on every aspect of the video pipeline, analyzing footage to generate new sources of data for research, analysis, and presentation.
Responsibilities:

Regularly interface with the Director of Player Development to align on priorities and tasks

Analyze and chart game and practice video

Generate large and sophisticated datasets

Communicate and present findings

Develop impactful reports, presentations, and ongoing results

Collaborate on new research opportunities across various functions

Perform other duties as assigned

Additional details:
This is a paid, remote, part-time position reporting into the Insight & Foresight pillar. The schedule may require work on short notice, as well as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Work hours will not exceed 29 hours per week.
