Overview: The Vice Principal in an ICSE School plays a crucial role in supporting the overall leadership and management of the institution. This position involves working closely with the Principal to ensure the smooth functioning of the school and the effective delivery of the ICSE curriculum. The Vice Principal is responsible for providing strategic direction, fostering a positive learning environment, and managing various aspects of school operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:
Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement academic strategies aligned with ICSE standards.
Oversee curriculum planning, and assessment practices, and ensure the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
Staff Development:
Provide leadership in professional development programs for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Conduct regular evaluations and offer constructive feedback to enhance the performance of the teaching faculty.
Student Welfare:
Monitor and maintain a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student well-being and engagement.
Address student disciplinary issues in collaboration with the Principal and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
Parental Engagement:
Foster effective communication with parents to keep them informed about academic progress, school activities, and policies.
Collaborate with parents in promoting students' holistic development.
Administrative Management:
