Your impact:
- As the VP of Solution Engineering, your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our pre-sales efforts and ensuring that Amity Solutions remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
Your team:
- The Vice President of Solution Engineering will lead our dynamic pre-sales team, consisting of 5 talented solution engineers. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing technical pre-sales activities, ensuring the team provides exceptional support to the sales process, and driving the adoption of our innovative solutions across various industries.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of solution engineers to deliver technical expertise and support to the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the presales process and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that align with client needs.
- Ensure the team stays updated with industry trends and new technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with implementation, engineering, product management, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Drive initiatives for proof-of-concepts, customer training, and onboarding processes.
Your ideal profile:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within software sales or presales engineering.
- Strong background in enterprise, retail, or financial services verticals.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, NodeJS, Python, ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS, and mobile technologies like Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter.
- Extensive experience with RESTful, SOAP, and SDK APIs, as well as database technologies like ElasticSearch and MongoDB.
- In-depth understanding of IT networking, infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Firebase, Azure), and security.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Exceptional client management skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A flexible, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
