  • Partner with other Sector Managers to promote integrated services and cross-discipline collaboration.

Risk & Commercial Management

  • Guide commercial strategy and mitigate risks during proposals and contract negotiation.

  • Provide support and coaching to project managers on revenue forecasting, change management, claims, collections, and project health reviews.

  • Manage sector compliance with legal, commercial, and risk management policies.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, designers, and technical experts across the region.

  • Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Support hiring, retention, and staff development efforts to strengthen technical capabilities and leadership pipelines.

  • Model TYLin’s values in operational and people leadership.

Technical + Project Delivery

  • Support the development of scopes, schedules, and budgets and monitor progress against key performance indicators.

  • Drive quality assurance and ensure all work complies with TYLin’s standards.

  • Actively contribute to national pursuits, technical innovation initiatives, and sustainable infrastructure design.
