GreyLabs AI builds Voice AI and Analytics products for the BFSI sector. Our customers are banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintechs and we help them transform how they engage customers, manage collections, and derive intelligence from voice interactions.

We are a Series A Funded company at the scaling stage, with a strong product, a growing customer base, and the ambition to become the dominant Voice AI platform for BFSI in India. We are now hiring our first VP of Sales to take ownership of revenue and lead our sales team.

About the Role

This role is for a business builder - someone who has run a P&L inside a bank or fintech, knows how BFSI buys, and is now ready to own the revenue function at a fast-growing AI company.

You will report directly to the co-founder (Growth), stay personally active in deals, and lead the sales team. The right person is equally comfortable in a CXO's office and in a pipeline review.

What You Will Own

  • Full revenue ownership - pipeline, forecasting, closures, and ARR targets

  • Lead, coach, and grow the existing sales team while staying personally active in deals

  • Build a structured, repeatable sales playbook for selling Voice AI Suite to BFSI enterprises

  • Own CXO-level relationships at banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintechs

  • Work directly with the co-founders to shape GTM strategy, pricing, and positioning

  • Hire and onboard future sales talent as the team scales

Requirements

  • 15+ years as a business leader inside a bank or fintech - owning a P&L. This is not an IT, Digital, Operations, or Finance role background we are looking for. We want someone who ran a business unit, a product P&L, or a customer segment. 

  • 1 to 10 Initiatives/department/builder profile in Banking/Fintech preferred.

  • 5+ years in a sales or business development role at a company that sells to BFSI - companies like TU CIBIL, Mastercard, Visa, Perfios, Signzy, BillDesk, M2P, or similar.

  • Degree from IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, or IIT Kanpur / IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, or Calcutta / ISB Hyderabad.

  • Based in Mumbai with willingness to travel across India to client meetings, business conferences.

Skills Required
