- build, manage and grow our high performing Direct Sales & Key Account Management Team through leadership and motivation
- define sales strategies and their operational implementation to establish KINEXON as a leading player in the US
- sell software products, combined hardware and software solutions, as well as service and support
- identify, qualify, develop and successfully close deals
- drive growth by defining and implementing new customer acquisition strategies
- design and optimize sales processes
- analyse, report and forecast on sales metrics and relevant key figures
- attract, develop and motivate talent for the sales department in collaboration with People & Culture
- report directly to and work closely with our CRO Industries
YOU...
- have 5-10 years of sales leadership experience in SaaS, enterprise software and/or combined hardware and enterprise software solutions with focus on logistics and manufacturing for IoT/Production & Logistics topics
- have experience in building a sales team
- have a strong hands-on mentality and ability to continue to drive our expansion plans in new and high growth markets
- have C-level sales experience and proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- have strong leadership skills and ability to coach, develop and inspire a team
- have industry knowledge in manufacturing and logistics and a strong network in those verticals
- English language skills, further foreign language skills are an advantage.
