We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Information Security to join our information Security team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida or Pittsburg, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including custom rules, workflows, reports, plugins, and API integrations.
  • Drive strategy and execution for resolving production issues, including troubleshooting provisioning-related problems, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term remediation plans.
  • Architect, design, and document SailPoint technical solutions, implementation details, and process flow diagrams to support scalable and efficient IAM operations.
  • Partner closely with application teams, IAM Operations, and other stakeholders to onboard new applications and expand automation capabilities within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Provide technical leadership across IAM initiatives by defining solution architecture, establishing development standards, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their technical growth and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with significant hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong experience architecting and developing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including custom rules, workflows, reports, plugins, and integrations.
  • Proven experience leading technical design, driving development efforts, and delivering complex IAM implementations in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of provisioning processes, production support, root cause analysis, and remediation planning.
  • Experience working with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, web services connectors, and related enterprise identity systems.
  • Deep understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ database tables and strong SQL/querying skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, mentor junior resources, and work effectively across cross-functional teams.

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered.
