As a Vice President in the Planning and Analysis Transformation team, you lead initiatives that modernize and standardize Treasury planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting. You partner with our planning and analysis teams and key stakeholders to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and strengthen controls across critical Treasury disciplines. You help us translate business needs into clear interim and target-state solutions, and you guide delivery from requirements through testing and handover. You will work in a collaborative environment where we value curiosity, accountability, and well-controlled execution.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with planning and analysis teams, liquidity analytics, controllers, lines of business, corporate Treasury, quantitative research, and technology to gather and define requirements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline end-to-end planning and analysis processes and reduce manual effort
  • Standardize data definitions and reporting outputs to improve data quality, consistency, and governance
  • Design automation for forecasting, budgeting, and analytics across balance sheet and liquidity topics (including liquidity coverage ratio, net stable funding ratio, and stress liquidity)
  • Translate business, governance, and control requirements into clearly scoped interim and target-state deliverables
  • Lead delivery of the transformation roadmap, including scope, sequencing, milestones, and critical dependencies
  • Align stakeholders to support timely delivery that meets control requirements and sustains business-as-usual processes
  • Oversee user acceptance testing, validation, and issue resolution prior to handover and production sign-off
  • Govern delivery through established forums by tracking progress, risks, issues, and interdependencies with auditability embedded throughout
  • Escalate constraints, control risks, and decision points to support stable and timely delivery

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Treasury / Finance, including Treasury planning & analysis, liquidity and balance sheet management, and/or product control, and experience in a closely related transformation role
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Experience leading change initiatives in a controlled finance environment, including process redesign, standardization, and automation delivery
  • Strong understanding of liquidity frameworks, including liquidity coverage ratio (LCR), net stable funding ratio (NSFR), and stress liquidity
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting processes, including management reporting
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile) and structured delivery governance
  • Working knowledge of Python (or similar) for data analysis and automation; ability to apply emerging technologies (including AI where appropriate) to improve finance analysis and reporting workflows
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Sigma)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated risk and control mindset, with strong attention to auditability and data integrity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing complex information for senior audiences
