About the role

As the Vice President, Global People Technology & Analytics, you will be the global owner of our Workday platform, as well as all other technology solutions in our HR tech stack. Additionally, you will be the architect of our overall approach to structuring all people-related data to ensure we are employing a data driven approach to creating an exceptional people experience. 

Your role will extend from setting strategy to delivering on operational requirements, and will call upon your deep expertise in advanced analytics and enterprise-wide system management.

Leading a small team of dedicated professionals, your mission is to orchestrate the seamless integration, maintenance, and advancement of our HR systems and data practices, fortifying their capability to effectively support our diverse global workforce.

You will...

  • Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for all Global HR technology systems, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives and People Experience strategy
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance and optimization of Workday and other HR systems
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and other departments, to identify opportunities for system improvements and automation
  • Direct the work of the People Technology & Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, delivery and continuous learning.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service level agreements are met and projects are delivered in budget and on time
  • Stay current on trends and best practices in HR technology, providing recommendations for new technologies to enhance the team member experience and drive business results
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation, training materials, and user guides to support end-users and administrators of HR systems.
  • Oversee data architecture, governance, and compliance efforts, as they relate to HR data
  • Ensure the security and accuracy of sensitive employee information

In the role of VP, Global People Technology & Analytics, you will report to the Chief People Experience Officer.

About You

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • You have at least 12 years of progressive experience in HR technology, having operated in a Workday environment where you held system administration/technical responsibility
  • You have a strong Global perspective and deep domain expertise gained from having led large-scale, Global enterprise technology implementations
  • You are adept at managing through a wide range of circumstances and have successfully navigated the ambiguity inherent in a high-growth, global company
  • You handle complex situations and problems by leveraging a combination of data, expertise, and judgment 
  • You have high standards for yourself and others, and a track record for having assembled and managed high-performing teams
  • You understand HR processes and best practices, yet see ways where accepted approaches can be innovated upon to optimize HR service delivery and enhance the employee experience
  • Certification in Workday HCM is an asset
