Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Marketing Office is part of the global marketing organization that provides marketing strategy and delivery support to AWM’s client assets and growing asset and wealth management businesses at JPMorganChase. The team drives operational excellence and improves the day-to-day experience of marketers by increasing efficiency and effectiveness through process reengineering, operating model optimization, and organizational redesign. The team also oversees the strategy and execution of established regional communications control governance teams to ensure obligations for controls management, risk, compliance, and audit functions are met.
As an Organizational Change Management Specialist Vice President, you will focus on the people side of change, ensuring that individuals and teams successfully adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working with minimal disruption so the organization can realize the full value of AI capabilities. You will partner closely with functional and regional marketing leaders to translate the AI transformation vision into actionable workstreams, build organizational readiness, and embed sustainable adoption across the global marketing organization.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement change management plans that translate the CMO’s AI transformation vision into actionable workstreams across functions and regions, including a phased roadmap detailing impacts, communications, training, risk mitigation, and success metrics for the AI transformation.
- Partner with functional and regional marketing leaders to assess impact, address resistance, and co-design adoption approaches tailored to their teams’ specific needs. Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments to identify skill gaps, workflow changes, and intervention priorities by function and region.
- Create and deliver clear, compelling messaging that helps the marketing organization understand the “why” behind AI adoption and what it means for their roles and ways of working. Develop tailored communication toolkits—including talking points, FAQs, and presentation materials—that equip leaders and teams to engage with the change confidently and consistently.
- Design and facilitate learning experiences—from AI literacy to new-workflow adoption—that build confidence and competence across all levels of the marketing organization, delivering role-specific workshops, guides, and learning modules directly or through a change champion network.
- Track progress, sentiment, and risks, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the CMO office. Establish a regular reporting cadence covering adoption rates by team/function, training completion, sentiment surveys, qualitative feedback, and risk identification, with recommendations for course correction.
- Apply a strong risk and controls mindset by ensuring processes are documented, governance is embedded, and changes support audit readiness and ongoing control requirements.
- Apply human-centered design to reimagine processes and operating models that drive adoption and value.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust AI governance framework for AWM Marketing.
- Lead change management for content governance initiatives, including the development and adoption of content metadata standards and taxonomy models that improve content discoverability, reuse, measurement, and control adherence across regions and functions.
- Partner with marketing operations, platform owners, and risk/controls stakeholders to define metadata attributes, usage guidelines, and governance workflows (e.g., intake, tagging, quality checks, exceptions), and to embed these practices into day-to-day marketing processes and tooling.
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, consulting, or marketing operations, ideally within a regulated industry such as finance or healthcare.
- Change management methodology: Hands-on expertise in structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) with the ability to apply them practically—not theoretically—in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
- Communication & storytelling: Ability to distill complex transformation narratives into simple, resonant messages for diverse audiences—from senior leaders to frontline marketers across global markets.
- AI & marketing fluency: Sufficient understanding of AI capabilities and marketing operations to be credible with both technology teams and creative practitioners, bridging the gap between the two.
- Facilitation & relationship building: Skilled at running workshops, navigating stakeholder dynamics, and building trust across cultures and seniority levels—influencing without authority through empathy and credibility.
- Execution discipline & adaptability: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against timelines while remaining agile—comfortable operating in ambiguity and adjusting course as the transformation evolves.
- Risk, controls, and governance orientation: Experience partnering with compliance/controls stakeholders and supporting audit-ready processes and documentation.
- Executive presence: Proven ability to influence at all levels, including executive stakeholders; concise communication; and ability to synthesize complex topics into clear recommendations.
- Content governance, metadata, and taxonomy fluency: Demonstrated ability to understand and operationalize content metadata attributes and taxonomy structures, and to drive adoption of consistent tagging and content governance practices across teams.
- Proficient in collaboration and workflow platforms such as Workfront, Confluence, SharePoint, Monday.com, and MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, organizational development, communications, business, or a related field.
- Asset or wealth management marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience leading change management initiatives for AI and/or technology-driven transformations.
- Experience working in large, matrixed, cross-functional, and/or global organizations.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred.
- Experience partnering with content operations, digital platform teams, or marketing technology teams on taxonomy/metadata implementation within content management, workflow, or asset management platforms.
