As a Vice President, Merchant Experience Product Manager within Lifestyle, you will be responsible to build the product vision, construct a roadmap for the various capabilities for a high-growth business case for the card-linked-offers platform and additional marketing business strategies. You will be accountable to successfully implement all these capabilities while balancing the security, controls, governance and regulatory requirements. Together with an amazing team of Data Scientists, Architecture, Engineers and Marketing & Sales stakeholders you will help define and deliver capabilities and functionality for the Advertising platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify the needs of our stakeholders, research for best-in-class capabilities and innovative products, and develop an executable roadmap to deliver them in a complex and highly matrixed environment
- Define components and capabilities of Ad tech for audience segment creation, identity graph, customer and campaign budget forecasting, catalog, Ad decisioning, Reporting, optimize ad serving, etc.
- Partner with Data Scientists and Analysts, Data owners, and Tech leads, to drive increased business value through the creation of advanced data products using analytics, ML/AI and generative AI solutions
- Manage a wide set of stakeholders from product, sales, marketing, architecture, engineering, and controls to identify the best solutions
- Work with Data Use Council, Model Governance, and Product cabinet to design and implement solutions that abide by JPMorganChase governance, regulatory and contractual obligations
- Partner directly with technology scrum teams to translate product requirements to initiatives, Epics and user stories to deliver among various teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of Product Management experience within a marketing, advertising or technology team
- Experience in product development, technology, or consulting position with exposure to rigorous and large-scale program implementations and product management
- Experience in identifying and addressing program execution needs in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability, while working on multiple priorities across a complex organization with multiple stakeholders
- Great at balancing strategic objectives and creative thinking with immediate tangible execution
- Experience in building data products and in working with Data Scientists to create and drive AI/ML initiatives
- Subject matter expertise in defining and using ad manager/server technology or other similar technologies
- Ability to partner directly with data science teams and technology scrum teams to translate product requirements into user stories for estimation and delivery
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy to senior leadership and requirements to engineering and delivery teams
- Ability to build durable relationships, influence without authority, sell concepts internally, and actively manage decision-making across organizations
- Experience with Agile methodology and best practices and ability to adapt Agile tools (e.g., Jira and Jira Align) to successfully manage all projects
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in media and advertising
- Experience working on AWS public cloud platform and digital marketing
- Experience in ad-tech, digital marketing, consumer banking, and/or consulting
