Role Summary

The Vice President of Marketing is a pivotal role, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through leadership of our lead delivery engine and performance marketing teams. This position will strategize across marketing channels to maximize lead generation and intake pull-through for our law firm partners.

You will act as both strategist and operator — synthesizing large datasets to uncover insights, guiding data-driven decisions, and ensuring every dollar invested produces measurable results. The VP of Marketing will collaborate across departments to optimize both top-of-funnel lead capture and bottom-of-funnel intake conversions, while managing budgets, vendor partnerships, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and be accountable for optimal lead generation and intake performance within budget parameters.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing professionals.
  • Drive pull-through between top-of-funnel campaigns and intake team performance.
  • Oversee channel production and optimization across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and marginal acquisition costs at a state and campaign level.
  • Research competitor strategies and design tests to evaluate comparable executions.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing performance with company-wide revenue goals.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation/performance marketing in high-growth environments.
  • 3+ years of proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong analytical background with expertise in martech, analytics tools, and performance reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of search marketing, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, reporting).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence at the executive level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Personal Injury legal industry.
  • Familiarity with call center or inside sales environments.

  • Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (available upon request).
