Vice President, Marketing

The role is responsible for hands-on market growth hacking, market share penetration, and challenging the conventional way of marketing. A risk taker with a creative mindset to think out of the box to work on global products selling into North American, European and APAC markets.

All of the above require strategic conceptualization, well-carved messages to achieve maximum audience engagement. The role will work closely with the CEO and responsible for coaching a team to elevate their online marketing skills.

The Job:-

• Work closely with the Sales and Creative teams to generate pipeline of high quality online leads for online and offline conversion with efficient CPA, CPL, net cash payback and LTV/CAC metrics
• Develop and implement the appropriate online & offline marketing strategy for all new and existing products covering product launch marketing plans, including campaigns/promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects.
• Lead the planning and implementation of activities across Acquisition, Activation, Revenue, Retention, Referrals (AARRR) funnel with trackable KPIs
• Be accountable for performance for various teams within marketing such as CRM, Paid Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Content and Marketing Communications which includes Social Media and Community Marketing
• Set up and oversee annual online marketing budgets across awareness, social and direct response campaigns and retention campaigns across all online mediums.

The Person:

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience (preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS)/apps/software products/tech/ecommerce environment).
• Have a clear overview of the new age marketing spectrum, with proven knowledge and application of a wide range of global marketing concepts and techniques. 
• Self-starter with a competitive nature and desire to make things happen.
• Adaptable and able to respond quickly in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead members of the department. 
• Strategic but don’t mind getting hands-on when the situation demands.
• Innovative, solution-focused and makes sound decisions that balances between risk and progress.
• Able to travel as and when required.
