About Rendevor Dialysis

Rendevor Dialysis provides on-site dialysis programs to hospitals, skilled-nursing facilities, and correctional systems, with home dialysis launching in select markets. Close to 100 programs across 27 states, roughly 500 employees. Hospitals are sold primarily as a traditional turnkey program in which we deliver and manage the full service, with a collaborative care model available where a hospital prefers to in-source. Our corrections division serves the Federal Bureau of Prisons, state departments of corrections, county jails, and the healthcare contractors that serve them. We are founder-led and family-owned with no outside investors.

Our Mission

To reduce the risk and burden of dialysis, wherever it's needed, through dependable partnerships and care that fits each patient's life.

What you will build

A number you own

  • Marketing-sourced qualified pipeline, defined jointly with the SVP of Sales, tracked in Salesforce, and reported in the same weekly forecast meeting the sales team runs.

  • A written marketing-to-sales SLA with obligations on both sides, including a monthly review of rejected opportunities. You negotiate it, you sign it, and you hold it in place.

  • Marketing measurement and analytics, including dashboards that connect activity to pipeline, engagement, conversion, brand, client acquisition, and growth. You understand the underlying metrics well enough to spot the problem yourself, not just to present the chart.

The lead infrastructure that does not exist

  • Capture, routing, scoring, attribution, and CRM integration. This is the first build, and there is nothing underneath it today.

  • Named conversion offers per segment, replacing "contact us." Executive briefings and cost-recovery reviews for hospital corporate buyers, clinical governance walkthroughs for hospital clinical buyers, bed-level economics modeling for post-acute operators.

  • The website as a conversion point, not a brochure. ROI and bed-level economics modelers, readiness and audit-risk assessments, briefing and assessment scheduling.

  • The digital stack and technology roadmap: website and CMS, SEO, SEM, GEO, AEO and LLMO, paid media, social, email and marketing automation, CRM integration, analytics, and conversion pathways.

  • A standing read on the prospect and client digital journey, through analytics, funnel data, and experimentation, and the changes that follow from it.

An AI-enabled operating model, built by using it yourself

  • Generative and agentic tools embedded in research, content, campaign development, personalization, competitive intelligence, automation, optimization, and analytics. We want a leader who runs the tools, not one who buys them.

  • Governance you write, covering human review, factual accuracy, brand consistency, intellectual property, privacy, HIPAA and PHI safeguards, and appropriate use of company and customer data.

  • Ongoing evaluation of emerging AI, search, social, analytics, and content technology, with the judgment to tell a useful capability from a pitch.

Content, brand, and the field

  • A sustained content engine combining human judgment with AI-enabled workflows: trade-press authorship, case studies, named references, sales enablement, recruitment and employer brand, executive visibility, and market education. On a cadence, not in bursts.

  • The marketing engine behind our conferences. Most of our post-acute partnerships have started at one. Sales decides which events to attend, attends them, and owns every relationship started there. You make the room worth working: event-selection input, the stand and its build, collateral and demo assets, pre-event target lists and outreach, on-site logistics, lead capture into Salesforce, and the follow-up sequence sales inherits the next morning. Marketing attends when an event needs marketing support.

  • Brand positioning and branded communications across all divisions and for the company as a whole. The repositioning is done and we are not redoing it. Your job is to make it work.

  • A hand in defining our mission, vision, and values, and in carrying them inside and outside the company.

The team, the vendors, and the budget

  • You inherit a director and a contracted creative director, and you structure and hire whatever the function needs from there.

  • Agency and technology partners managed selectively, with enough personal and internal expertise to challenge a recommendation, evaluate performance, and avoid depending on a vendor for routine execution.

  • Team development: training, processes, growth, retention, recognition, and honest performance accountability for your direct reports.

  • Departmental budgets, forecasting, and full accountability for marketing expense.

  • Coaching the broader management team on marketing initiatives, and partnering with Sales, Operations, IT, HR, and executive leadership to connect marketing technology, CRM data, campaigns, and analytics to commercial outcomes.

What success looks like

  • 90 days: an honest audit of what exists, a demand plan for the two segments we are behind in, lead capture and attribution live in Salesforce, and a countersigned marketing-to-sales SLA.

  • 6 months: named conversion offers running in every segment, a marketing-sourced pipeline baseline reported weekly, and the first website conversion tools shipped.

  • 12 months: marketing-sourced qualified pipeline is a real and growing share of total pipeline, with attribution the sales team trusts enough to argue with.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an exceptionally high performer with directly relevant experience. Credentials are secondary to a track record. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is expected, or equivalent experience. An MBA or similar is a plus and is not a differentiator.

  • You have built a demand engine inside a B2B services company, rather than run one somebody else built. Lead capture, routing, attribution, and a working handoff to sales, with before-and-after numbers you can speak to specifically. This is the single most important requirement.

  • Ten or more years of progressive marketing leadership, preferably in healthcare, B2B healthcare services, or another complex regulated environment, including real ownership of digital marketing, marketing technology, analytics, and demand generation.

  • You have marketed long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales: twelve-to-eighteen-month, committee-and-clinical, often RFP-driven deals to providers, operators, health systems, government, or payers.

  • You are comfortable being measured on pipeline. You have negotiated a service-level agreement with a sales leader before and made it hold when it was inconvenient.

  • You are genuinely hands-on with generative and agentic AI, not a sponsor of it. You design prompts, build workflows, evaluate output critically, and know where a human has to stay in the loop. You can talk credibly about how search is changing and what GEO, AEO, and LLMO mean for a company like this one.

  • This is a team of two plus agencies, not a department. You will write, brief, build campaigns, and work inside the CRM yourself.

  • You personally interpret funnels, attribution, dashboards, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI, and you design and read your own tests.

  • Real proficiency across a modern stack: CRM and marketing automation, CMS and web, social management, search and paid media tools, web analytics, and reporting. Salesforce experience preferred, since it is our CRM.

  • You learn new software and AI tools on your own, without routing routine execution or analysis through an agency, an analyst, or IT.

  • You can operationalize a brand platform rather than restart one. Finishing and scaling someone else’s good work has to sit well with you.

  • Strong content instincts, and the ability to turn complex healthcare and B2B service offerings into channel-appropriate content across web, email, social, video, presentations, and sales enablement.

  • Working knowledge of healthcare regulation, patient privacy standards including HIPAA, and compliance in communications, including responsible AI use and protection of PHI.

  • A collaborative leader who influences across departments and with external partners, and who is comfortable with ambiguity and a hands-on founder who will stay close to this function while it is built.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare services marketing: post-acute, hospital, dialysis or renal, or correctional healthcare.

  • Awareness of government contracting and RFP dynamics.

  • Experience marketing alongside a sales function that was being built at the same time.

  • End-to-end tradeshow and field marketing program experience.

  • Agency management, including the judgment to end an engagement that is not earning its keep.

Reporting and Travel Requirements:

You report to the President and CEO. The position is based in our corporate office in downtown Austin, Texas, with light regional and national travel.

Work Environment:
