Position Summary

Proove Intelligence is DAC’s Analytics Center of Excellence, providing advanced analytics, measurement, and experimentation that power data-driven media and marketing programs globally.

As DAC continues to deepen its analytics-led approach to full-funnel performance, we are seeking a VP-level leader to expand the strategic influence of analytics across our largest and most complex client engagements.

This role is focused on elevating how analytics informs decision-making, experimentation, and media strategy—working in close partnership with media, client, and technology leadership across the agency.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Analytics Leadership

  • Advance DAC’s analytics-led approach to media and marketing strategy
  • Help define best practices for analytics-driven planning, experimentation, and learning
  • Ensure analytics insights are translated into clear strategic direction and action

Client & Program Partnership

  • Serve as a senior analytics leader across key client relationships
  • Partner with media and client leaders to inform investment decisions, optimization priorities, and testing roadmaps
  • Bring a strong point of view on how data can guide growth, efficiency, and innovation

Agency Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with media, strategy, and account teams to integrate analytics into planning and execution rhythms
  • Support a shared understanding of how analytics, experimentation, and measurement contribute to performance outcomes
  • Act as a connector between analytics, media, and technology functions

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor senior analytics leaders and practitioners within Proove Intelligence
  • Help evolve analytics capabilities in line with DAC’s broader strategy and platforms
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning

What You Bring

  • Senior leadership experience in analytics, measurement, or data science within a media, marketing, or performance-driven environment
  • Proven success applying analytics to influence marketing strategy and investment decisions
  • Strong understanding of media measurement, experimentation, and performance analytics
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and clients in strategic discussions
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary agency teams

This role requires three in-office days per week. Remote work is not available for this position.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected total compensation range for this position is starting at $230,000 to $260,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees.
