About the role

Attain is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead our B2B marketing team through our next phase of growth. Our real-time measurement solutions, high-fidelity audiences and proprietary insights enable outcomes to increase customer lifetime value, and our marketing efforts are the foundation of that journey. As the Vice President of Marketing, you’ll lead a high-impact team to strategize the creation and cultivation of account-based marketing initiatives, automation, branding, communication and events. Our ideal candidate brings exemplary marketing expertise within the ad-tech ecosystem, which will help continue to leverage Attain’s unique positioning in the market. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in the ad-tech industry, with at least 6+ of those years in a senior leadership role; start-up experience is strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of the ad-tech industry and ability to champion cutting-edge technologies for the evolving agency, partner and vendor landscape 
  • Experience leading emerging and established ad-tech brands through strategic planning for account-based marketing and marketing automation 
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with experience building high-performing marketing teams across multiple key B2B disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data-sets, key trends and turn those into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to meticulously track marketing spend across all channels and evaluate results for future budget planning 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with vast experience translating and engaging non-technical audiences with technical information, as voices of the brand and customer 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications

What a typical week might look like

  • Own the strategy development for marketing initiatives across Attain’s real-time measurement solutions, audiences and insights 
  • Create, execute and measure full-funnel, account-based marketing plans for our unique partners across multiple channels 
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners who bring extensive expertise in their respective areas; branding, event management and supporting a dynamic sales team 
  • Quantify marketing efforts related to broader business objectives and establish team-wide metrics for ideal revenue driven outcomes 
  • Lead and manage B2B marketing team in their respective areas of expertise and amplify collaboration to enhance creative, brand and event strategy 
  • Establish strong rapport with broader sales, product, technology and operational leadership teams in order to ensure organization wide alignment to marketing efforts and initiatives 
  • Provide thought-leadership related to ‘The Outcome’ and future potential publications 
  • Report performance metrics and indicators to the executive leadership team to identify opportunities for growth
