This position will reporting directly to the Chief Delivery Officer.

    • Process Optimization: Continuously identify, evaluate, and implement next-generation improvements to software delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall efficiency, predictability, and quality.
    • Land & Expand Strategy: Partner with executive accounts to identify new value-added service offerings, driving follow-on service orders and incremental revenue from an expanding portfolio of existing customers.

    • Resource & Capacity Planning: Optimize resource allocation (people, budget, technology, and time) across a growing portfolio to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget parameters.
    • Team Building & Upskilling: Proactively assess delivery capability gaps; build, mentor, and continuously upskill distributed and global delivery teams to deepen industry and product expertise.
    • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including enterprise clients, strategic vendors, and cross-functional departments.
    • Risk Mitigation: Architect and execute robust risk-management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks impacting project or product delivery timelines.
    • Product Standardization Advocacy: Leverage strong influential leadership skills to champion the adoption of the core enterprise product platform, minimizing unnecessary custom coding or modifications.
    • Performance & Culture Development: Set clear, measurable goals aligned with corporate business priorities; provide consistent coaching and professional development to minimize turnover and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
    • Commercial Sales Support: Serve as a strategic delivery partner to the Sales Executive team, developing comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) and presenting implementation frameworks to high-value prospects.
    • Market Ambassadorship: Stay ahead of industry best practices, emerging trends, and digital transformation methodologies, representing the organization at key industry events, conferences, and functions.

    • 8-10 years of proven executive leadership experience managing large-scale, end-to-end software delivery and complex enterprise digital transformations.
    • A master's degree in a relevant field ( computer science, industrial engineering, pharmaceutical Technology ) is preferred
    • Demonstrated success in a "land and expand" commercial environment, with a track record of identifying new service opportunities and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
    • Expertise in managing global, distributed teams and optimizing multi-million dollar delivery budgets.
    • Strong technical acumen regarding enterprise software products, deployment lifecycles, and configuration management.
