About the Role

We've built a reputation for innovation, agility, and top-notch supply chain capabilities. Now, we’re on the hunt for a new VP of Global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to join our team. You'll have proven experience in developing, leading, and optimising complex business processes specific to global Sales and Operations Planning (Global S&OP). You'll be in a stand alone position consulting with our Global Executive Leadership team and support them with key decision supply chain decisions. 

Here are some of the exciting things you'll do. 

  • Design and continuously improve our Global S&OP process to maximise global sales.
  • Work with a variety of SharkNinja teams from Product Development to Logistics, ensuring everyone is on the same page and driving towards success.
  • Create insightful metrics and comprehensive scorecards that turn data into action.
  •  Ensure all data inputs are spot-on and drive improvement projects where needed.
  • Keep an eye on the horizon, monitoring risks and opportunities, and making sure we’re always ahead of the game.
  • Process Ownership: Own the S&OP processes, manage deliverables, and keep the cadence of weekly, monthly, and quarterly actions.
  • Be the communication guru, ensuring clear and concise updates across all teams.
  • Always keep our customers in mind, ensuring their experience is top-notch through every step of the S&OP process

  • A passion for supply chain planning and a knack for solving complex problems with creativity and a can-do attitude.
  • You’ve got proven experience leading global S&OP processes and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, especially in the consumer products industry.
  • You love breaking down complex issues into actionable steps and learning from both wins and setbacks.
  • You’re experienced in driving transformation and change management.
  •  Your strong analytical skills help you develop, measure, and improve key performance indicators.
  • You can influence and build effective relationships across all levels
  • Your communication skills shine, whether you’re presenting to the executive team or chatting with technical teams.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are always ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is a must.
