As our Vice President of Generative AI & Data Science, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving Blend360's GenAI capabilities and solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for formulating GenAI-powered solutions for our clients, building a talented team, and establishing our Data Science & Insights line of business as a thought leader in the application of Generative AI for business value creation and transformation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Solution Development: Leverage your deep expertise to lead teams that conceptualize, design, and oversee the development of innovative GenAI-powered solutions and experiences across various industries and business functions (e.g., content generation, summarization, conversational AI, code generation, synthetic data, etc.).
• Business Development: Participate in business development efforts for GenAI solutions sold to clients, including shaping proposals and solutions for new and existing clients and presenting Blend360’s GenAI delivery capabilities.
• Client Engagement Leadership: Oversee and lead complex GenAI consulting engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions that drive measurable business value for our clients. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing team of GenAI consultants with diverse skill sets in areas such as prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, GenAI model development, and application integration. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Practice Development: Develop and standardize GenAI consulting methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Contribute to the creation of reusable assets, project accelerators, and knowledge repositories.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Blend360's data science, engineering, and intelligent application teams to deliver integrated solutions and leverage the company's broader capabilities.
• ROI Focus: Ensure that all GenAI solutions are designed and delivered with a clear focus on achieving significant and measurable return on investment for our clients.

What You'll Bring:

• A strong track record of 10+ years of experience, with a significant focus on Artificial Intelligence and a deep specialization in Generative AI.
• Prior consulting and/or technology consulting experience is preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in applying Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Bard, Llama, Stable Diffusion, etc.) and related technologies to solve complex business problems and create new opportunities.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver successful AI or GenAI consulting engagements, showcasing tangible business outcomes.
• Experience in leading and building high-performing teams, including recruitment, mentorship, and performance management.
• Excellent business development and client management skills, including experience in proposal development and executive-level communication.
• Deep understanding of various GenAI use cases across industries and business functions.
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with relevant GenAI tools, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, vector databases, cloud-based AI services).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A strategic and analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and delivering impactful results.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Engineering). Advanced degree preferred.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of advancements in Generative AI.
