The Vice President of Future Creative is a critical, senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing the strategic development of all advertiser-facing marketing programs. The VP, Future Creative role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will lead the teams that create the best cross-platform solutions for clients, applying our editorial brands, audience data, social channels and network. You will be strategic storyteller and operational expert who can inspire teams to translate brand vision and audience insights into measurable commercial products and campaigns.

What you'll do

You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Partner with senior leadership to define the strategy for brand creative solutions, ensuring our commercial offerings are compelling and market-leading.
  • Lead the development of tentpole marketing programs, go-to-market strategies, and proactive sales packages for priority advertiser categories (e.g. Luxury, Tech, Auto).
  • Promote big creative ideas that enhance differentiation and build brands.

2. Creative, Campaign & Content Development:

  • Oversee the creation of world-class campaigns across all channels, from concept through delivery.
  • Support and empower the team leads to lead creative excellence and brand consistency across all commercial programs.

3. Collaboration:

  • Develop creative workflows across teams.
  • Lead a team, promoting open collaboration and promoting a healthy culture.

4. Innovation & New Product Development:

  • Stay ahead of creative trends, identifying white-space opportunities for new revenue streams across new platforms and technology
  • Productize and scale your programs, being able to articulate and sell innovation through impactful storytelling, internally and externally

5. Function Leadership:

  • Manage the departmental budget, allocating resources to ensure creative output meets goals, maximizing impact and Return on investment.
  • Develop talent, empowering them to innovate, think creatively, and grow within the organization.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, brand solutions, or commercial strategy, with experience in a senior leadership role within a major media, publishing, brand, or digital platform company.
  • Experience developing and selling multi-million dollar, cross-platform advertising programs that blend branded content, digital media, and experiential marketing.
  • Expertise in the evolving social media landscape, influencer marketing, and the commercial applications of social platforms.
  • Executive-level communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions persuasively to clients and company partners.
  • Must be data-driven with experience defining KPIs and measuring campaign effectiveness against client and our goals.
  • Thrive and influence in a matrixed organization, collaborating with Editorial, Sales, Product, and Finance teams.
