Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic, commercially minded, and analytically rigorous Vice President, FP&A to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis organization and serve as a key financial partner to the company's commercial and operating leadership.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for connecting financial performance to business strategy, driving disciplined planning and forecasting, and providing the insights needed to accelerate profitable growth. The VP will partner closely with the CFO, Sales, Operations, and business unit leaders to understand the key drivers of revenue and profitability, identify opportunities and risks, and translate business strategy into actionable financial plans.

This role also interacts regularly with the company's private equity sponsor and lenders, supporting sponsor and lender reporting, tracking progress against the value-creation plan, and contributing to the organization's exit readiness. The VP will lead a distributed FP&A team and play a central role in M&A activity, including diligence, integration planning, and synergy tracking.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the commercial drivers of a business and will be equally comfortable analyzing historical performance, building sophisticated forecasts, challenging assumptions, developing strategic business cases, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership. This individual will also be fluent in building detailed five-year income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow models, and will bring working knowledge of debt structures and financing arrangements to support M&A financing and capital allocation decisions.

This role is ideal for a finance leader who wants to operate as a true business partner and strategic advisor, rather than simply as the head of a reporting and budgeting function.

Note: This role will require 2-3 days per week onsite in our D.C. office
