About this role
Business Unit Overview: EMEA Wealth is a key client business within BlackRock in EMEA, responsible for the strategy and distribution of the breadth and depth of BlackRock’s platform and products. The team is dedicated to representing our Index, Active and Private Markets capabilities to EMEA clients across our key client types.
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic VP to work in our EMEA Wealth Partnerships team. The VP will be working closely with BlackRock’s Wealth sales teams to define our partnership proposition, pursue strategic opportunities and manage ongoing commercial execution of partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver EMEA Wealth partnerships: Align efforts with the company’s strategic priorities to pursue opportunities across geographies, client types, investment products & service offerings. Work with partner teams to manage, streamline and scale existing partnerships.
- Expand EMEA Wealth partnership proposition: Work cross-functionally across the breadth of BlackRock to translate client needs into solutions; shape narratives to define our best capabilities, tailored to client segments, and proactively develop new offerings.
- Drive commercial execution: Partner with sales teams to develop commercial strategies and execute on agreements.
- Evolve partnership deals: Maintain active engagement with partners throughout the partnership lifecycle, identifying opportunities for growth and strengthening relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven commercial acumen, with experience in client coordination, sales management, partnership management or project management
- Deep understanding of the Asset Management and European Wealth Management industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various levels of an organisation
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; persistent and curious in approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
- Displays ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, with clear attention to detail and high standards of delivery

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
