The Role

Role Overview

We’re looking for a battle-tested, ROI-obsessed, data-driven leader to own our digital marketing machine. As VP of Digital Marketing, you’ll be responsible for scaling customer acquisition, owning ad strategy across all digital channels, and mentoring a high-performance team in pursuit of marketing excellence. This is a role for a growth architect with guts, grit, and the grit to match.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purpose

               Lead with vision. Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with company mission and long-term impact goals.

                   Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, sales, product, and intake to ensure marketing is in service of the full client journey.

                   Overcome platform volatility, market saturation, and shifting privacy landscapes with smart pivots and relentless optimization.

                   Stay ahead of industry changes by testing, failing fast, and bouncing back stronger—then building that mindset into your team.

    • Accountability

                   Own the KPIs. From CAC to ROAS, you’re not just watching the dashboard—you’re driving it.

                   Forecast performance, manage budgets, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality leads to sales with measurable impact.

    • Integrity

                   Ensure full compliance with regulatory, advertising, and platform policies across all digital campaigns.

                   Lead with transparency in reporting, decision-making, and agency/vendor relationships.

                   Scale what works. Innovate what doesn’t. You thrive under pressure, chase performance benchmarks, and never stop sharpening the sword.

                   Mentor and grow a world-class digital team—SEM, paid social, SEO, and CRO specialists—into elite performers.

    • Excellence

                   Demand exceptional creative, copy, and campaign execution from internal and external contributors.

                   Build frameworks for A/B testing, funnel optimization, attribution modeling, and full-funnel reporting.

    Requirements

    • 7–10+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record of scaling lead generation and performance marketing
    • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta, SEO, programmatic, YouTube, and CRO best practices
    • Strong leadership experience managing both in-house teams and external agencies
    • Analytical fluency—able to translate data into strategy and communicate results clearly to execs
    • Background in legal marketing or other high-compliance, high-competition verticals a strong plus

    • Cross-functional trust and seamless execution between marketing, intake, and sales
    • Clear contribution to company growth with measurable marketing-driven revenue
