We’re looking for a Vice President of Dermatology to lead the next chapter of Bubble’s growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape one of the most disruptive, culture-defining brands in beauty today.

The Role

To make Bubble the most trusted skincare brand among U.S. dermatologists —not through paid opinion, but through clinical respect, daily recommendation, and earned credibility.

This role is not about executing a traditional HCP playbook. It’s about building a modern, field-first, content-powered, science-backed professional strategy from the ground up. One that scales, delivers long-term advocacy, and reshapes how clinicians engage with skincare brands in a category that’s long overdue for reinvention.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities:

Build the Strategic Foundation of Bubble’s HCP Channel

  • Architect the full vision and roadmap for Bubble’s presence in medical offices, derm communities, hospitals, and HCP networks.
  • Identify white space and high-value partnerships across the HCP ecosystem—medical, digital, academic, and practice-level.
  • Ensure every touchpoint—from webinars to office visits—reflects clinical quality, scientific clarity, and value to patients and providers alike.

Launch and Scale the National Dermatology Field Team

  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing national field force focused on relationship-building, education, and recommendation behavior.
  • Define territory coverage, market prioritization, and performance KPIs that track beyond vanity metrics.
  • Equip the team with world-class tools, resources, and real-time insights to support providers at the point of care.

Build and Nurture Our Advocate Network (KOLs + Everyday Influencers)

  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with physicians and HCPs who drive conversation and clinical behavior—not just the most visible names.
  • Design novel programs that make physicians true collaborators—through early R&D feedback, clinical trials, education content, and product integration into treatment protocols.
  • Prioritize meaningful collaboration over transactional engagement.

Develop Bubble’s HCP-Facing Education Platform

  • Create a scalable digital hub for clinical product data, short-form education, peer-led insights, and training tools.
  • Lead development of modular education kits tailored for dermatologists, estheticians, and hybrid providers.
  • Drive thought leadership via an HCP webinar series that brings clinical relevance to the forefront—with measurable impact.

Own Clinical Sampling & Practice Tools Strategy

  • Design and implement a national sampling strategy optimized for usage, recommendation, and trial.
  • Build out high-impact practice assets: digital portals, patient guides, point-of-care materials, bundled regimens, and usage tools by skin condition and age group.
  • Test and launch pilots such as “Bubble Treatment Studio” practices, efficacy trials, or early preview programs

Lead Scientific Affairs & Claims Credibility

  • Partner with R&D and regulatory to ensure every claim stands up to scrutiny—whether on-pack, online, or in-clinic.
  • Develop and publish clinical white papers and validation studies to support product efficacy across use cases.
  • Serve as the internal lead for all medical-scientific content—across professional marketing, education, PR, and training.

Elevate Bubble’s Presence in the Clinical World

  • Own strategy and execution for major derm events (AAD, SDPA, ASDS, Children’s Hospital forums, etc.).
  • Lead the planning of off-site peer roundtables, dinner discussions, and invite-only HCP experiences that drive deeper engagement.
  • Launch residency and training program partnerships that build early-in-career affinity and awareness.

  • You’ve built and scaled a national professional program that HCPs don’t just tolerate—they believe in and choose to champion.
  • You’ve developed real, lasting advocacy from respected voices across dermatology communities—those who influence peer behavior, patient trust, and generational skincare habits.
  • You’ve designed education, sampling, and engagement strategies that are both highly credible and deeply efficient.
  • You’ve hired and led an elite field team that shows up differently in clinics, and is known for value—not swag.
  • You have a 4 year degree. 
  • You have 8-10 years in a similar role.
