POSITION SUMMARY
The VP, Data & Analytics Products role leads the organization's data products function. This role will define and execute the strategy for transforming ECRI's unparalleled proprietary healthcare safety data into scalable commercial products and intelligence services. The role will serve as both a strategic architect and an organizational builder — standing up a high-performing team, forging the governance structures that connect the new function to existing technical teams, and personally driving the first generation of commercial data products to market.
This role requires a leader who is bilingual: technically credible enough to earn the trust of data scientists and engineers, and commercially savvy enough to translate data assets into products that healthcare organizations will purchase. The position will have a seat at ECRI's leadership table and serve as the internal champion for data as a strategic and revenue-generating asset.
