THE ROLE
Based in New York, Burson is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Corporate Financial Strategy to work closely with the Global CFO and senior executives on high-impact projects that drive financial performance and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in developing and refining key performance indicators (KPIs), building and maintaining financial models, and evolving reporting processes to provide actionable insights to global leadership.

THE WORK:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive financial strategy by analyzing trends, creating financial models, and developing actionable insights for leadership.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work alongside senior executives and global finance teams to influence key decisions and support major projects.
- Financial Reporting: Lead the evolution of financial reporting, leveraging tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BFC to provide clear, actionable insights.
- KPI Development & Reporting: Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of KPIs to measure financial and operational success. Regularly report on KPI performance to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends and integrate findings into financial strategies and reporting.
- Process Optimization: Continuously enhance financial planning tools, systems, and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
EXPERIENCE THAT CONTRIBUTES TO SUCCESS:
- 10+ years in finance, with experience in corporate strategy, analysis, or management consulting in a global environment.
- Expertise in financial modeling, reporting systems, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with the challenges of a billable agency environment and experience with M&A integration is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with proven project management experience
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization with a passion for creating impactful change.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
