About the role:

The Vice President, Commercial Solution Design, will primarily be responsible for designing and structuring Commercial solutions that align GoHealth’s capabilities with both health plan and adjacent sector opportunities (e.g., Pharmacy, Ancillary Benefits). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Medicare Advantage dynamics, as well as emerging opportunities where GoHealth can expand its impact. This person will play a critical role in developing creative deal structures, supporting negotiations and ensuring seamless alignment, buy-in, and execution across teams within GoHealth.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze market dynamics, partner needs, and competitive landscapes to inform Commercial solution design
  • Design and structure Commercial solutions that address health plan and adjacent sector pain points while maximizing value for GoHealth (working in conjunction with cross-functional GoHealth stakeholders)
  • Own the development of all deal-related materials, including PowerPoint pitch decks, term sheets, and contracts
  • Capture and syndicate partner intel from earnings reports, regular meetings, and industry trends to inform Commercial priorities
  • Create and maintain internal partner scorecards to align operational teams with key priorities and performance benchmarks
  • Develop and share external partner scorecards benchmarking partners against peers on key dimensions to drive performance and transparency

What we’re looking for:

  • Deep understanding of health plan business models, Medicare Advantage, and adjacent sectors where GoHealth could expand (e.g., Pharmacy, Ancillary Benefits)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to develop and manage deal-related materials, including pitch decks, term sheets, and contracts
  • Experience supporting high-stakes negotiations with creative deal structuring while ensuring robust management processes around it
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to build consensus across internal functions and drive execution
  • Process-driven with a strong ability to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain focus on results
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare solutions development, consulting, or a similar field
  • Familiarity with partner performance management and scorecard development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues for support

Pay Range: $170,000 - $200,000

The salary range for this position reflects an expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to): location, relevant experience/level and skillset, education and training, internal equity as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
