Job Title: Vice President, Channels and Alliances
Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer

Job Description:
Strategic partnerships are essential to our growth. As we deliver industry-leading solutions to address our market’s most complex business challenges in billing, revenue recognition, and AR automation– the strength of our partner relationships is critical. The Vice President of Channels and Alliances will lead the development and execution of our partner go-to-market strategy. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and managing key partners to drive revenue growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with system implementers and technology providers.
  • Lead and manage the existing Partner Team.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy.
  • Build and oversee enablement programs to recruit, educate, and empower new partners while supporting existing ones.
  • Ensure partners deliver exceptional customer outcomes using certified consultants, tools, and standardized processes.
  • Cultivate and maintain C-level relationships across key partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and partners to generate pipeline and advance opportunities.
  • Partner with the Professional Services team to recruit and train system integrators and technology partners.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience leading alliances or channel organizations in a global enterprise software environment.
  • Proven expertise in the Quote-to-Cash industry (Billing, Revenue Recognition, or AR Automation).
  • Experience in partner development with global system integrators, technology platforms, and payment/tax providers.
  • Experience exceeding partner revenue goals
  • High energy, visionary executive with a strong entrepreneurial background and ability to deliver new initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in both individual contributor and leadership roles with high-performing teams.
  • Strong operational execution, data-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proven success in closing strategic partnerships and transactions.
  • Experience managing and growing international business across diverse markets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience and relationships at PWC, Deloitte, EY, and Accenture
  • Payment experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

On-target earnings for this position is $275,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Salary information is provided per state regulations in CA, CO, CT, MD, NV, NY, RI, and WA.
